The London Tongue-tie Clinic is a unique collaboration between Katherine Fisher, Lactation Consultant, and Dr. Shailesh Patel, Consultant Paediatric Surgeon. All surgical procedures are carried out by Dr. Patel.

At this clinic, babies aged from 8 days to 26 weeks can be treated for tongue-tie, with the benefit of having a Consultant Surgeon perform the procedure and a Lactation Consultant to support you and your baby both before and after treatment. This holistic approach ensures that you and your baby receive high-quality care and the ongoing support needed to establish a successful breastfeeding relationship.

The clinic runs weekly on Fridays. All babies are seen by Katherine for follow-up appointments at 5-7 days post-procedure and again at 14-21 days post-procedure.
