The London Tongue-tie Clinic

The London Tongue Tie Clinic is a unique collaboration between Katherine Fisher, Lactation Consultant and Dr Shailesh Patel, Consultant Paediatric Surgeon. All surgery is under taken with Mr Patel. At this clinic babies from 8 days to 26 weeks can be treated for tongue tie, with the benefit of a Consultant Surgeon performing the procedure and a Lactation Consultant to support you and your baby before and afterwards. This holistic approach ensures that you and your baby get the right high quality treatment and the support you need afterwards to develop a successful breastfeeding relationship.

The clinic runs weekly on Friday morning and all babies are seen by Katherine for a follow up appointment at 5-7 days post procedure and again 10-14 days post procedure.
